Will any heritage assets be affected?

A heritage statement has been produced for the development site. The area surrounding the proposed development site was part of an industrial landscape including the 19th-century Warboys brickworks, the Royal Naval Armaments Depot, and railway station of the Ramsey to Somersham branch line. No structural remains of the Warboys brickworks and Royal Naval Armaments Depot survive. No physical remains of the railway line and goods shed remain on the Site.

The proposed development was assessed as having no impact on any heritage assets and their setting.
