What will the development look like?

For drawings and images of the proposed development see Landscape. The development will consist primarily of two buildings which will be clad in materials complementary to the surrounding area and in keeping with other similar buildings nearby. There will be other smaller structures relating to process operations. There will also be an office building of a similar design to that of the Woodford Recycling offices on the adjacent site.
