When will it be operational? How long will it take to build?

Subject to obtaining planning permission from Cambridgeshire County Council for the proposed development, and discharging any pre-commencement conditions, we would look to commence works on site in 2023, with construction likely to take 24 months, allowing for electricity to start being generated in 2025.
